Business Hours

Our website is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year. We are open for telephone calls between 8am and 6pm UK time, except for weekends and holidays. Please leave a message at other times and we will call you back.

Orders Via The Web

If you have any questions about our prices, policies, or procedures, we recommend you contact us at swsales@dyslexic.com. You can also track orders you have placed (reviewing an order, tracking a shipment) on the web by logging into your account.

Orders To Be Invoiced

If you are a Local Authority, school, or business who wishes to be invoiced, please fax your official purchase order to 01223 426644 or email it to swsales@dyslexic.com. If you are a new customer we will need to run a standard credit check before processing your order; this does not usually take longer than one working day.

Visiting us

Visitors to our Cambridge offices are welcome but please contact us first to make an appointment. We have disabled parking, full disabled access and disabled toilets. There is cycle parking at the rear of the premises. Periodically we have preview days when we demonstrate our products to members of the public. These are listed on our Events page.

Directions

By train: from London Kings Cross (or Finsbury Park) or Liverpool street. Take a cab from the station (about £7).

By car:
From the M11 Leave the M11 at junction 13 into Madingley Road. Follow this road for about 2 miles. At the mini roundabout turn left. When coming up to the junction with the traffic lights go straight across into Chesterton Lane leading into Chesterton Road. Follow this road until the one-way system at Staples (stationers) corner. Take the third main road left back into Chesterton Road. At the large roundabout take the second exit (almost straight across) into Chesterton High Street. Follow this road to a mini roundabout where you turn right into Water Lane. Water Lane bears left into Fen Road, passing The Penny Ferry Pub on your right. 400 yards after the hump-back level crossing, Fen House is on the left.

From the A14 Leave the A14 at the Cambridge/Ely/A1309/A10 exit, follow the signs for the City Centre, carry on (left lane) past the Science Park on your right. After disused level crossing, turn left at the next set of traffic lights [Trinity Hall & Chesterton] (Golden Hind Pub on your right) into Green End Road. Follow the road (straight on at the mini roundabout) over traffic calming humps, turning left at Grumpy's Pet Shop. This leads to a mini roundabout where you turn left into Water Lane. Water Lane bears left into Fen Road, passing The Penny Ferry pub on your right. 400 yards after the hump-back level crossing, Fen House is on the left.
